Service Contract
For customers needing long-term relationships with our company, a Service Contract
can be signed. The Contract is for a minimum of 1 year, and pricing varies on
the type of service needed. Please contact us for information on Service Contracts.
Networking
There
is no set price on networking, as the need varies for person-to-person and business-to-business.
Many people confuse Networking with Internet Access. Although the Internet DOES
act as a Network Conduit, the term Network in this document refers to LANs (Local
Area Networks). LANs are where two or more computers are connected and talking
to each other, or just sharing peripherals. Please contact us with your specific
needs.
Shipping/Handling
At
this time, we only service the Austin Area (including Cedar
Park,
Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Georgetown).
Warranty
We
warranty all parts for one year from original purchase date. After the one-year
has expired, all warranties are done through the manufacturer. We can act as
a go between, but we must pass on any/all costs to you.
Service Fees/Calls
All
Service Calls are subject to a minimum $30.00 Service Fee. Any Service Call
not cancelled within 2 hours of appointment by phone, or 5 hours by e-mail,
is subject to the Service Fee. All work shall be billed at $30.00 per hour.
Anything over an hour is to be billed in 1/4 hour ($7.50) increments. Payment
is due upon completion of work. If additional appointments are necessary, payment
is expected for the amount of time already spent on site. If the equipment is
taken back to the office to work on, full payment is due upon completion and
return of the equipment.
Purchasing Hardware/Software
Any
Hardware/Software is to be paid up front. We keep our prices low by not keeping
any stock, and by purchasing only what is needed.
Payment
Unless
a Service Contract is signed and on record, all work/parts are to be paid to
the technician prior to him/her leaving. We only accept cash and checks, at
this time.
